    + SYF 2007....Approaching faster than you think

    Dear Band Members,

    In about 40+days, your hearts will be racing on the stage of Singapore Conference Hall while presenting your 2 pieces. After the performance, members will feel they have not done their best. "I could have done better", "I can play better actually", "I should have practiced this section more".

    All the afterthoughts of regret and guilt are useless. At this juncture, the results are going to be announced. Pei Hwa Seondary School........... **** award.........then screams or silence, smiles or cries, winners or losers. By this point, you have already created history - the pioneer batch of band members at Pei Hwa Secondary...........

    I'll leave you to decide what **** means. It is still not too late now to make things happen. Insead of feeling REGRET in SILENCE and being LOSERS, you can still fight to be PROUD in SCREAMS OF JOY and emerge as WINNERS.

    You choose your fate. Mr Tan and myself can only do so much.

    Practice dilligently and good luck!
