Dear PHSSB Members,

To sum up what Xinfei said, please take note of the followings:

1) Band Practice Days (for sec 2-4) starting from the second week of 2010:
Mondays 300-600pm
Thursdays 330pm onwards is optional self practice/sectionals
Fridays 230-630pm

2) For this coming tuesday's CCA Fiesta, this is the basic plan we must adhere to:
1235: Classes end
1305: Report in Band Room changed (Band Tee + School Bottom)
1310: Full Band Warm up in Band Room while percussionists bring instruments down and
help band set up at quardrangle.
1345: Band starts moving downstairs
1400: CCA Fiesta begins

3) What will we be doing for CCA Fiesta on tuesday?
We will be performing Ponyo, Mission Impossible and Sesame Street, as well as having an
open rehearsal. We will work on ABBA Gold like we would in a normal band practice
so the sec 1s and their parents can see how practices are like.
The booth will be managed by possibly teachers and the alumni who will also help with
the distribution of flyers and talking to students/parents.

That should be all for now. Please cooperate with ensuring your school attire is proper and your hair is of correct length for school standard. Just follow the rules. There have been some complaints already about band members not adhering to rules.
